Always use this method when redeeming Coupons at Walgreens:
1. Any register rewards first
2. Any Walgreen coupons
3. Manufacturer coupons last
Walgreens will not let you go negative, but they will give you an overage towards something else so be sure to do your math before checking out! My experience has been WAGS will only yet you use 1 coupon with B1G1F advertised specials UNLESS it involves using a WAGS coupon to get the B1G1F then the register will take it.
